Shipping & Returns
Shipping of products is done on a weight and distance basis. Our shipping calculator is linked to the current prices from The Royal Mail and although we may from time to time offer lower postage rates, in general we use those that are currently in effect from The Royal Mail.
Due to the nature of our products returns are not available.
Weight per order is limited to 2kg. If your order is over this weight you will not be able to place the order. To order items that will total more than 2kg please order items seperately. This is the limit that our carrier, The Royal Mail, will carry per shipment item.
We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason.
